Peter Allison

Peter Allison is a Mechanical Engineer for VITOK Engineers with a diverse background. After graduating with his Bachelors and Masters of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, he went on to design weapons and defense systems for the US Military and Homeland Security. Peter has had experience with proposal level design of Heat Recovery Steam Generators for use in combined cycle and cogen power plants; heating surface design and overall boiler meeting pressure, temperature, and energy demands per contract while minimizing material and cost. Most recently, Peter has been involved with process design and construction management with beverage alcohol distilleries and chemical plants. These projects have included process instrumentation design and PLC programming. When Peter isn’t running an industrial project, he enjoys working on restoring his historic home.
