October of 2017 marked 10 years since VITOK Engineers began design on the new Wild Turkey distillery complex while under the ownership of Pernod Ricard. We were commissioned to design a Fermenter / Distillery Building with offices, Dry House, Boiler House (to operate by wood chips and natural gas), and a power distribution building. Not only did we complete all of the Architectural Design, Structural Design, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) for the buildings, we also designed the process, process piping, instrumentation, and sized the power and process equipment for all of the buildings.

When it was time to begin construction on the project, Pernod Ricard commissioned VITOK to manage the construction and installation of the distillery complex facilities. By the end of the project, VITOK commissioned the final startup of the distillery when, by then, under the ownership of Campari Group.

This project quintessentially represents the value that VITOK Engineers brings to projects as an Engineering and Design resource. Multiple disciplines did not need to be subcontracted to complete the project, and project continuity was insured due to all of us working out of the same office on the design.
